Premier Wrestling: The LaunchPad Project
Overview

“Premier Wrestling has been honoured with a Gateway Sim by Linden Lab to support the continued growth, education, and sustainability of Second Life’s vibrant pro wrestling scene. This unique opportunity not only allows us to showcase the legacy and artistry of virtual wrestling but opens the doors for others…new federations, smaller productions, and curious residents.

Our mission through this facility is to give back. We recognize that not everyone has the same resources or reach. We remember the kindness and trust once extended to us by figures such as Alpin Crisis, who gave us a platform when we were just beginning wrestling in Second Life. Without the generosity, creativity, and determination of the SL wrestling community, Premier Wrestling and SL wrestling as a whole would not have grown into what it is today.
That is why we want to help foster the next generation of federations and talent. We offer a free space to perform, helping new or existing feds gain exposure, develop experience, and refine their craft in front of a real audience without the financial overheads that often cripple new feds before it can truly begin.

This is not about building dependency, it’s about creating a sustainable launchpad. We want to help you learn how to run a federation that supports itself, from show creation to marketing, talent development to operations, all within a professional environment”. - Vince Aftermath

Rules & Expectations
Please read these rules carefully. This sim is a Linden Lab Gateway Sim, and with that comes a standard of conduct and a set of expectations:

1. Show Times Are Limited
Due to the high volume of SL events, time slots on the sim are limited. While we will do our best to offer recurring weekly access, this cannot be guaranteed. Time slots will be allocated based on need, readiness, and availability.
2. No Profit Making on the Sim
As this is a Gateway Sim, commercial activity is strictly prohibited. You may not sell merchandise, run ticketed events, or solicit donations for personal profit.
However, charity events are permitted, provided a full paper trail is submitted and verified that funds are going to a legitimate, registered organization.

3. Premier Branding and Representation
Being granted space on the sim does not make your federation a representative of Premier Wrestling. Use of Premier Wrestling’s logo, name, or branding in your materials is not allowed without explicit permission. We’ll support you with advice, guidance, and infrastructure but the integrity of your brand and actions is your responsibility.

4. We're Here to Guide…Not Guarantee Success
We want to see you succeed, but we won't do the work for you. This is not a shortcut or a free ride. Your team must be willing to plan, rehearse, market, and grow your product through effort and professionalism.
5. Respect the Community, No Talent Poaching
Attempting to recruit or "poach" talent, especially from Premier Wrestling, its trainees, or other participating federations, is grounds for immediate removal from the program. If you're struggling to find help, reach out. We'll support you where possible, but we are not a staffing service.

Final Thoughts
This program exists because we believe in what you can become.
We’ve seen too many federations fail not due to lack of passion, but due to lack of access, poor management, or being financially tied to people who don’t understand the art or business of SL wrestling. We want to break that cycle.

Let this be your first step toward building something real, respected, and sustainable.
If you’re ready to put in the work, we’re ready to stand beside you.
