Today marks the Season Premiere of Attitude, and it also marks my first day stepping into this role as your new Commissioner.

I didn’t take this job to play favorites, keep the peace, or rubber-stamp what’s always been done. I stepped into this position because this brand deserves leadership that isn’t afraid to challenge the roster, elevate expectations, and push every single competitor to rise above complacency.

This new season isn’t just a reset—it's a turning point. A shift in how we operate, how we perform, and how we define success. New season. New standards. That means accountability at every level, discipline behind every decision, and respect earned through action, not reputation.

If you’re in that locker room tonight, understand this clearly: I’m watching. I’m evaluating. I’m looking for the ones who show heart, grit, and professionalism both inside and outside the ring. The days of coasting by on past accomplishments are over. From here on out, opportunities will not be given—they will be earned.

Some of you will thrive under this new era. Some of you will struggle. And a few may not survive the pressure. That’s the nature of progress. But if you bring your best, if you fight with purpose, and if you carry yourself with pride, then you’ll have every chance to rise.
